Spacious room with a great layout, perfect for families. Enjoyed the convenience of kitchen utensils and a cozy sitting area. The comfortable bunk beds kept the kids happy. Loved being so close to Dotonbori and the subway. However, we experienced some noise from the street at night. Housekeeping was a bit slow. used towels were left in our bathroom after cleaning. The tv kept turning off by itself at midnight, which was quite distracting. Overall, a pleasant stay with room for improvement on housekeeping and noise management.

Our stay in a spacious Family Apartment was exceptional! The great layout and clean facilities made our family feel right at home. Being so close to Dotonbori, we enjoyed endless dining options and vibrant city life just a short walk away.

the hotel is just a quick stroll to Dotonbori for vibrant nightlife and delicious street food. The Shinsaibashi-suji Shopping Street is only about 1 km away, making it super convenient for shopping and dining during our family stay.

The location was amazing, just a quick stroll to the Shinsaibashi Shopping Arcade and not far from Dotonbori. Our family room was spacious enough for my wife and I. Our teenage boys. We loved the local supermarket for snacks and supplies.

My wife says that the lighting could be brighter for a more welcoming feel.

The room was clean, new, and spacious, making it ideal for my work trip. The staff were extremely helpful and spoke excellent English. I appreciated the convenience of the coin-operated laundry, which provided ample capacity compared to limited in-room options. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near the metro station, making transit easy.

The lobby laundry area was crowded in the evenings.
